Join The Emory Champions Club

With the 2010-11 school year in its early stages, Emory Athletics is revitalizing the Champions Club program.  The Champions Club is a way to recognize those annual donors who support our student-athletes as they strive for excellence in the classroom, in competition, and beyond.  The success of the Champions Club provides opportunities for student athletes, strengthens the university, and reflects positively on our community.

The Champions Club is looking to build upon the success of the Emory Eagles and needs your help.  This year’s goals include increasing annual fund giving and increasing the total number of members (donors).  The Champions Club needs you to invest in the student-athletes.  This investment will directly enhance the student-athlete experience.  Gifts to Emory Athletics have allowed for teams to purchase video and editing equipment, locker room improvements, facility enhancements, international team travel, and for travel decisions that allow for the student-athletes to limit missed class-time.

Participation in the Champions Club, at any level is what makes a difference.  A gift of any size to any one of the many programs within Emory Athletics and Recreation has an immediate impact on our student-athletes.  Making a gift is easy through the Emory on-line giving and can be done by clicking here

You can even make a pledge on line and pay monthly on that pledge directly from your bank account or credit card.  Again, you can make a contribution to Emory Athletics General Fund, or to a specific sport/ fund.

For additional information on how you can make a difference for Emory Athletics, the student-athletes, and get involved, contact Angie Duprey, Assistant Director of Athletics, External Relations, aduprey@emory.edu  404-727-6739.
