WEBCAST AT 6:00 TONIGHT: CLICK TO ACCESS - Emory To Unveil Clyde "Doc" Partin Athletic Historical Timeline & Announce All-Time Teams

As part of Homecoming Weekend, the Emory University Athletics Department will unveil the Clyde “Doc” Partin, Sr., Athletic Historical Timeline on Friday, September 24, on the second floor of the Woodruff PE Center.  Festivities for the event begin at 6:00 p.m.

Conceived by former Athletic Director and long-time athletic and physical education department employee, the late Clyde “Doc” Partin, the Timeline chronicles the evolution and growth of Emory Athletics from its humble beginnings from almost 175 years ago to the present.  The majority of the information presented in the Timeline came from Partin’s book, “Athletics For All.”  The actual creation of the Timeline was done by the university’s Campus Service Planning  Design and Construction Department.

In addition to the Timeline’s debut, Emory will announce its All-Time Teams in acknowledgement of the 25th anniversary of the University Athletic Association.  The announcement of the All-Time Teams will kick off a year-long recognition for those honorees.

The evening’s events will be video streamed and can be watched by going to the following link:
