  Recreation for all...

Swim, bike, run... run around a field, diamond, pitch, court, track or Lullwater Park.

Tumble, flip, swing and balance.

Kick, throw, shoot, hit or flick... a soccer ball, volleyball, field hockey ball, basketball, lacrosse ball, rugby ball, softball or ultimate disc.

Score a try, a point, a goal, a basket or a run.  Dodge a ball.

Learn to ride a horse.  Learn to fence.  Learn to powerlift.  Learn to play water polo.  Learn to sail or row a boat.

Take a Fitness Emory group exercise or martial arts class... yoga, indoor cycling, boot camp, karate, aikido and capoeira to name a few.

Climb a wall.

We have it all... recreation for all.
