Emory Golf Tee Times Set For First Two Rounds Of NCAA Championships

The No. 10-ranked Emory University golf team will open the first round of the 2011 NCAA Division III Championships on Tuesday (May 10) on the West Course of the Grandover Resort in Greensboro, NC.  The Eagles of head coach Mike Phillips will tee off at 8:40 a.m., and will be paired with No. 2-ranked St. John’s (MN) and No. 11 Redlands.

On Wednesday, the three teams will move to the East Course with a 10:20 a.m. tee time slated. 

Following Wednesday’s second round, the field will be pared down to 15 teams from the 40 squads that opened play.  The final 36 holes will be contested on the East Course.
