Eagles Denied NCAA Tournament Bid

The Emory University men's soccer team, which finished the campaign with a 12-4-2 record, was not selected to participate in this season's NCAA Division III Tournament.

The Eagles were able to move up in the NSCAA's regional rankings, from eighth to sixth, following this weekend's 2-2 tie against #11 Carnegie Mellon University and a 1-0 win over the University of the South.  However, it was not enough of a boost for the Eagles.

This concludes the Eagles' 2009 campaign.
