Emory Men’s Soccer Receives NCAA Tournament First Round Bye; Will Host Second Round Game (UPDATED)

The Emory University men's soccer team was not only selected to the NCAA Tournament on Monday, but also will receive a first-round bye, and will host a second-round match against either Lynchburg College or Transylvania University.

The game will be held on Sunday, November 14th at the Woodruff P.E. Center.  The game time is slated for a 6:00 PM start.

The Eagles, who finished the regular season with a record of 14-2-2, will host the winner of the first-round match between Transylvania (16-3-1) and Lynchburg (15-4-1), which will be held in Lynchburg, VA earlier in the week.  Emory defeated Lynchburg 1-0 on the road earlier in the season.
