Prior to Emory:
Swam for the Boca Raton High School team for four seasons... Recorded times of 21.13 seconds in the 50 Free, and 46.66 seconds in the 100 Free... Helped his team win its district, and finish second in the region and state in 2008... Won his team's Honorary Coach's Award in 2008... Was an All-American Swimmer and Scholastic All-American in 2009... Finalist in the 50 Free at the Junior National Short Course Championships and a High School State Finalist... Coached by Allan Williams in high school... Also played waterpolo and ran track and field.
Personal:
Born September 20, 1990... Won the Presidential Academic Achievement Award in 2008.
