Emory Diver Kolb Completes Largest Squad at NCAA Championships

Emory University diver Daniel Kolb was selected to compete at the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships, completing the largest squad at next week’s meet in Knoxville, TN.

Kolb was selected to compete in both the one-meter dive and three-meter dive at the NCAA Championships.  Earlier in the year, the junior won both events at the University Athletic Association (UAA) Championships in February.

Kolb becomes the 17th member of the Emory men’s team to be selected to compete, while the women will be sending 18 swimmers to the meet, the maximum number allowed.

The NCAA Division III Championships will be held in Knoxville, TN from March 23rd – 26th.  The Emory women will be aiming for their second-consecutive NCAA Championship, while the men will look to improve on their third-place finish last season.
