Dillon Pottish

For the second straight year, senior Dillon Pottish captured the Division III singles title at the ITA Small College Championships in Mobile, Alabama. Pottish opened the event with a 6-2, 6-2 victory over Andrew La Cava of Whitman College in the quarterfinals before dispatching Andy Hersh of Johns Hopkins, 6-4, 6-1, in the semifinals.  In the title match, Pottish bested Adam Putterman of Washington University, 6-0, 6-1. 

The victory over Putterman advanced Pottish to the ‘Super Bowl’ portion of the Championships where he fell to Chris Freeman of NAIA member Embry-Riddle in the quarterfinals.  Pottish ends the fall portion of the 2011-12 season with a 9-1 singles mark.
