Senior Elliott Kahler (Carrollton, GA), along with sophomores Eric Halpern (Rye Brook, NY) and Alex Ruderman (Basking Ridge, NJ), all notched a pair of singles wins en route to earning berths in the semis. Kahler opened with a 6-4, 6-2 decision over Duncan Miller of Methodist University before winning a three-set marathon that stretched nearly three hours against freshman teammate Rafe Mosetick (Hinsdale, IL), 7-6, 2-6, 6-4. Ruderman met Chris Wootton of Mississippi College and posted a 7-5, 6-4 verdict before advancing, upending No. 2 seed and teammate Ian Wagner (Columbus, OH), 6-4, 6-3. Kahler and Ruderman will square off in one semifinal on Sunday morning. Halpern was the other Emory player to move through the bracket, defeating teammates Dylan Wright (Alpharetta, GA), 6-2, 6-1, and Nick Szczurek (Lemont, IL), 6-3, 6-3. Halpern's semifinal-round foe will be No. 1 seed Robert Kjellberg of North Carolina Wesleyan.
