First year in the program saw him finish with an overall singles record of 21-9 ... Won 16 of 23 singles matches during the spring portion of the schedule, including a 13-6 ledger at No. 6 ... Won his opening three singles matches en route to a berth in the quarterfinals at the ITA South Region Championships, with one of those a 2-6, 6-4, 7-5 verdict over Sewanee's Avery Schober who ended the year as the No. 21-ranked D-III player nationally ...
