Prior to Emory:
Competed for the Ravenscroft School track and field team for four years, earning three letters... Served as the team captain in 2009... Recorded career-best marks of 41.6 seconds in the 300m Hurdles, 15.8 seconds in the 110m Hurdles, and 40-feet, four-and-a-half inches in the triple jump... Was the state champion in the 300m Hurdles, and an all-conference performance in 2008... Coached by Shon Hardy... Also ran cross country in high school.
