Sophomore (2008):
Competed in five events ... No. 4 Emory finisher and 30th out of 77 contestants at the Vanderbilt Invitational with a season-best 8K time of 27:47 ... Ran at the UAA Championships.

Freshman (2007):
Took part in three meets as a freshman ... Best time was a 28:54 at the Bulldog Stampede (Sept. 22) ... Was the No. 3 Emory runner and crossed the line 59th out 172 runners at the Georgia State Invitational (Sept. 15).

Prior to Emory:
Fine career in both cross country track while at Trinity Preparatory ... Was coached by Ken Vinal ... Was named his team's Outstanding Distance Runner for the 2005-06 and 2006-07 seasons ... Served as capatin of the cross country team his junior and senior campaigns ... Was a second-team selection to the Orlando Sentinel cross country all-metro team ...
