Junior Erin Lindahl led the Emory women's basketball team's scoring attack in a South Region victory over Birmingham Southern College.
The 5-foot-9 Lindahl produced a season-high 18 points as the Eagles topped the Panthers by a 69-31 margin, raising their season record to 6-2. Erin connected on six-of-13 field goal attempts, including two-of-four from beyond the arc, and sank all four of her free throw opportunities in registering her fourth double-figure scoring performance of the campaign. In addition to her point total, Lindahl ranked third on the club with seven rebounds and tied for game honors with three steals.
Through eight games, Lindahl stands third on the team in scoring average (10.1 ppg) and is pulling down 4.4 boards per outing.
