Dweck Named to the NSCAA All-South Atlantic Region Team
Emory University senior Talia Dweck was named
to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)
Division III All-South Atlantic Region third team, based on her
performance during the 2009 campaign.
Dweck turned in the best season of her career in 2009, finishing
the year ranked 14th in Division III with 0.67 assists
per game. She set a new school record with a conference-best
12 assists during the season, and led the Eagles in scoring with 16
points. The senior co-captain was tops among all UAA players
with six assists in conference matches.
Earlier in the season, Dweck was named to the all-University
Athletic Association (UAA) First Team.
Dweck helped the Eagles finish the 2009 campaign with an 8-5-5
overall record.
