Emory University Eagles
Emory will enter the match undefeated in 2010, with an overall record of 8-0-1.  The Eagles are also 4-0-1 in matches away from the Woodruff P.E Center this season.  The team has won four-straight games by a combined margin of 15-1, including a 3-1 victory at Maryville College last Sunday.  In that game, Emory's Emily Rubin scored the game-winning goal on a penalty kick, and assisted on another, while freshmen Kelly Costopoulos and Lauren Gorodetsky each scored a goal and Clare Mullins assisted on two of the scores.  Emory is led by head coach Sue Patberg, who is 70-19-13 over her six years with the team.

Washington University Bears
The Bears are 4-5-0 this season, including a mark of 4-2-0 at home.  Washington had lost four-straight matches, including three of which have come against ranked Division III opponents, before a 4-0 win over Principia College on Thursday night.  The Bears are 1-3-0 against ranked opponents this season.  Washington is led by head coach Jim Conlon, who is 35-13-5 during his three seasons with the team.

Matchup History
Emory is 14-5-2 all time against Washington University, despite losing the last two games played in St. Louis.  Last year at the Woodruff P.E. Center, the Eagles played the Bears to a 1-1 double-overtime tie, with current-season Meghan McMahon scoring the Eagles' only goal in the contest.
