October 28, 2016 Emory Women's Soccer Plays to 1-1 Draw at #17 Brandeis The Emory University Women’s Soccer team played to a 1-1 double overtime draw with 17th-ranked Brandeis University on Friday evening in Waltham, Massachusetts. With the tie, the Eagles slip to fifth place in the UAA standings at 2-2-1, a game and half back of first place Chicago (4-1) with two games remaining in UAA action.
October 27, 2016 Emory Soccer Trio Named to CoSIDA Academic All-District Teams Emory University soccer players senior Hannah Meyer and juniors Jason McCartney and Cody Gardiner have been named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District teams as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) announced by the organization on Thursday afternoon.

On Friday, the Eagles will travel to Waltham, MA to square off against #17 Brandeis University at 5:00 pm before heading to Riverdale, NY on Sunday to face New York University at 11:00 am.
October 25, 2016 Patberg Notches Win #300 as Emory Dominates Brevard College, 5-0 The Emory University Women’s Soccer team dominated Division II Brevard College Tuesday night at the Woodruff Physical Education Center, defeating the Tornados 5-0 to give Head Coach Sue Patberg win No. 300 in her career. Patberg, who is in her 23rd season as a head coach now stands at 300-129-54 overall and is 154-42-36 in her 12 seasons guiding the Eagles. She becomes the 56th head coach in NCAA Women’s Soccer history to reach that milestone.
October 24, 2016 Women's Soccer Hosts Brevard College Tuesday Evening in Final Non-UAA Contest The Emory University Women’s Soccer team returns to action after a nine-day layoff to host Division II Brevard College on Tuesday night in the final regular season home game at the Woodruff PE Center. The game is set to get underway at 6:00 pm.

Shivani BeallWomen's Soccer Freshman Shivani Beall had a team-high six points this past week as the Eagles went 1-0-2. On Tuesday, Beall recorded a career-best five points with the first two-goal game of her career as Emory shutout Division II Brevard College 5-0. Beall added an assist on Emory's game-tying goal in the 76th minute against NYU on Sunday, helping the Eagles to their second straight 1-1 tie against a UAA foe. The two assists extended Beall's team lead to seven, tying her for second place in the UAA in that category. Read More
Jordan DoakWomen's Soccer Sophomore Jordan Doak helped the Emory defense limit opposing teams to just two goals and an average of 8.6 shots per game as the Eagles went 1-0-2 this past week. On the offensive end, Doak registered a career-best three points including the first tally of her career as Emory blanked Division II Brevard College 5-0 on Tuesday night and over the weekend, she finished with six shots with a career-high four shots on goal at NYU on Sunday. In the three contests, Doak had eight shots total and tied for the team lead with five shots on goal. Read More
Cristina RamirezWomen's Soccer Senior Cristina Ramirez tied for the team-lead over the weekend, finishing with five points as the Eagles went 1-1 in a pair of UAA contests. All five points came on Friday evening when Ramirez posted her best performance of the year in a 4-0 win over Case Western Reserve. Sophia DillonWomen's Soccer Sophomore Sophia Dillon scored the game-winning goal in the 69th minute as the Eagles defeated Sewanee 1-0 on Tuesday for the team's fifth straight victory. With the goal, Dillon moved into a tie for the team lead in goals with three on the year. Read More
Morgan BrandewieWomen's Soccer Freshman Morgan Brandewie netted her first career goal on Saturday against 15th-ranked WashU, finishing the week tied for the team lead with two points. Brandewie also aided in helping the Eagles posting their fifth shutout of the season as Emory held Sewanee to just three shots on Tuesday night. Read More
Nikki BattWomen's Soccer Sophomore Nikki Batt helped the Emory Women's Soccer team limit the #4 University of Chicago to just nine shots total, two on goal, in the Eagles' 2-0 victory over the Maroons on Saturday. Both shot totals represented season-lows for Chicago this season. Batt also added an assist on Emory's game-winner goal as she found a sliding Ramirez inside the six with a great ball through traffic. Read More
Cristina RamirezWomen's Soccer Senior Cristina Ramirez found the back of the net in the 22nd minute to break a scoreless tie against the University of Chicago on Saturday. Her goal acted as the game-winner as the Eagles knocked off the fourth-ranked Maroons, 2-0, for the team's fourth consecutive victory. Ramirez finished the game with a game-high six shots. Read More
Caroline KolskiWomen's Soccer Freshman Caroline Kolski scored 2:56 minutes into the second overtime period to give the Eagles a come-from-behind victory over #23 Centre on Sunday afternoon, handing the Colonels their first regular season loss in over a year. Kolski finished the week tied for second on the team with three shots on goal and third with seven total shots. Read More
Danielle DariusWomen's Soccer Sophomore Danielle Darius scored just 1:13 minutes into overtime to give the Emory Eagles a 3-2 victory over Berry College on Wednesday evening. Darius added an assist in the win over the Vikings to finish tied for the team-lead with three points during the week. She also played an integral part on defense in Emory's 2-1 double overtime over #23 Centre, helping to limit the Colonels to just seven total shots in the game. Read More
