Swam for Clear Creek High School for four seasons, and served as the team's captain during the 2008-09 season... Recorded career-best times of 1:06.21 in the 100-yard breaststroke and 2:13.02 in the individual medley... Coached by Will Haltom on her high school team, and by Jarrod Marrs on her club team... Was a member of the National Honors Society and the Spanish National Honors Society... Also ran cross-country in high school.
