Emory to Host Final Home Dual Meet of the Season on Saturday

The Woodruff P.E. Center will play host to its final dual swimming and diving meet of the 2009-10 season on Saturday, as Emory University will welcome in a pair of NCAA Division II squads in Wingate University and Delta State University at 2:00 PM.

Emory University is coming off a pair of wins over the College of Charleston last Saturday.  Emory's top-ranked women's squad will enter the meet with a 4-2 overall record, while the fourth-ranked men are 3-2 this season.

The Wingate University men will enter the meet with a 6-0 record this season, and are currently ranked 10th in the latest Division II poll.  The Wingate women are 7-0 during the campaign, and are currently ranked 15th.

The Eagles are 3-0 all time against the Wingate Bulldogs, including a 130.5 - 114.5 win last season on the road.  The Emory women are also 3-0 all time against Wingate, including a 186 - 59 win last year.

The Delta State University men, ranked fifth in Division II, are 3-2 this season, while the eighth-ranked women have a record of 5-0.  This will be the first meeting between the squads.
