Emory Swimming & Diving to be Tested against Georgia Tech & UGA

The Emory University swimming and diving teams will not have to travel far for their first road meet of the season, as the Eagles will make the trip across town to face tough opposition in NCAA Division I schools Georgia Tech and the University of Georgia at 5:00 PM on Wednesday.

Both the Emory men’s and women’s teams will enter the meet with an 0-1 record this season, after dropping their season-opening dual meet to UNC Wilmington on Saturday.

Both Georgia Tech teams are 1-1 this season, after splitting their first triangle meet of the season with wins over Florida Atlantic University, and losses to Western Kentucky University.

The Georgia men are 0-2 this season with losses at the University of North Carolina and at home against Florida.  The Lady Bulldogs are 2-0, with wins over the same two opponents.

The meet will be held at the Georgia Tech Aquatic Center in Atlanta, GA.
