Jennifer Aronoff

Emory University senior Jennifer Aronoff won an event and recorded an NCAA ‘B’ cut time in another during the top-ranked Eagles meet at Clemson University on Saturday.  Competing against the Division I school, Aronoff won the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:25.53.  In the 100-yard breaststroke, she finished second, recording an NCAA ‘B’ cut time of 1:06.28.  Aronoff also finished second as part of the Eagles’ 200-yard medley relay team with an overall time of 1:47.29, including an individual 50 breast split of 29.89 seconds.  Despite Aronoff’s performance, the Eagles suffered a 180-116 loss to the Tigers, ending their 2011-12 dual meet season with a 3-6 record.
