Emory Women's Swimming Recruit Forms

Instructions:

  1. Right click on the link to the appropriate form below (Swimming or Diving).
  2. Select 'Save Target As' and save the file to your computer. If you do not save the file, you will not be able to fill it out on your computer.
  3. When the file opens, follow the instructions on the screen to use 'Typewriter' to fill in the Adobe Acrobat document.
  4. When finished, save the file, attach it to an e-mail, and send it to the appropriate e-mail address below.
  5. If you have any problems with the form, please e-mail assistant coach Chris Marshall at cpmarsh@emory.edu
