Emory Track & Field to Open 2010 at the Appalachian Open

The Emory University track and field team will return to action this week, heading to Appalachian State University for the Appalachian Indoor Open Meet on January 15th.

Currently scheduled to compete for the Emory men are seniors Chike Brennen, Steve Dry, Tyler Faits, and Fritz Hain, juniors Thomas Bright, Everett Bryant, and Brad Pruente sophomores Ben Euwer, Ian Francis and Roy Mossy and freshmen Isaac Chambers, Matt Hilgendorf, Anthony Lombardo, Nelson Nwannunu, Alex Riddle and Taylor Warren.  Scheduled to compete for the women are seniors Kara Cutrona, Brittany Donino and Leah Lomotey-Nakon, juniors Melanie Levy and Alisha Reynolds, sophomores Lauren Attiah, Charlotte Diggs, Alix Dyer, Jasmine McCullough and Hadiza Sa-Aadu and freshman Theresa Ford.


Both squads will also field a 4x400-meter relay team.

Action at the meet is slated for a 3:00 PM start on Friday at the George Holmes Convocation Center.
