Freshman Isabel Saridakis broke the Emory school record in the pole vault at the Tiger Indoor Invitational over the weekend. Saridakis turned in the Eagles' lone first place showing at the meet, with a dominant effort in the event. Saridakis posted a mark of 3.41m while the next best finisher was at a height of 3.05m. Her 3.41m set the school record in the event, narrowly eclipsing Tracy Whittaker's previous top mark of 3.40m set in 2008. Currently, she ranks sixth in the UAA and 41st in Division III.
