Viewing Party To Be Held For Emory vs. Calvin NCAA D-III Volleyball Championship Match
A viewing party will be held Monday afternoon
for the NCAA Division III Championship match between Emory
University and Calvin College. The contest is slated for a
3:00 p.m. (EST) start.
The viewing party will be held on the 2nd floor atrium
of the Woodruff PE Center on the Emory campus. Free
food will be available with prizes being distributed throughout the
afternoon.
The Eagles of head coach Jenny McDowell are shooting for the
program’s second title in three years. Emory won its
initial national crown in 2008. Emory enters the
contest against the Knights with an overall record of 36-4.
The Eagles earned a spot in the title match following a 3-1 triumph
over Washington University on Saturday evening in the
semifinals.
