Senior (2010): Ran in the squad's first five
meets ... Top 5K time was a 20:09 that was good for third place on
the team and 10th overall out of 105 runners at the Royal Cross
Country Challenge ... Finished first among the Emory contingent and
crossed the finish line in 24th place out of 235 entries in the
Silver Race Division of the Greater Louisville Classic with a 5K
performance of 20:23 ... Took part in the season-opening Sewanee
Invitational and covered the 6K course in 24:08, good for 20th
position out of 104 hopefuls.
Junior (2009): Ran in all eight Emory
competitions and ranked among the team's top five finishers in
seven events ... Claimed first place out of 94 runners at the
Quaker Invitational (Oct. 17) with a season-best 6K time of 23:15
... Was the No. 5 Eagle to cross the finish line, seventh out of 92
entries, at the Foothills Invitational (Oct. 10) with a 5K showing
of 19:27 ... Second on the team and ninth out of 110 runners at the
season-opening Sewanee Invitational (Sept. 5) with a 5K effort of
19:50 ... 34th out of 189 contestants (25:09) en route to earning
NCAA South/Southeast All-Region honors ... Member of the USTFCCCA
All-Academic Team.
Sophomore (2008):
Ran in the team's first six races of the year ... 29th out
of 149 hopefuls at the Sewanee Invitational (Sept. 6) ... Posted a
career-best 5K time of 18:54 at the Auburn Invitational (Oct. 4)
... Ninth out of 94 competitors at the 5K Foothills Invitational
(Oct. 18) with a showing of 19:09 ... Ran at the UAA
Championships.
Freshman (2007):
Competed in seven meets her freshman year ... Earned All
South/Southeast Region honors after a 29th-place finish out of 186
entries ... Was Emory's top finisher and ranked 11th out of 171
hopefuls at the Georgia State Invitational (Sept. 15) ... Best 5K
effort of the year came at the Bulldog Stampede when she clocked in
at 19:49 ... Was one of the team's runners at the NCAA
Championships and turned in a season-best 6K time of 24:14 ...
Finished with a record of 700-391.
Prior to Emory:
Competed in cross country and track at Phillips Exeter
Academy ... Was coached by Gwyn Coogan ... Best time in the 5K was
