Sophomore Jessy McLean helped the Emory softball team to three victories in four contests at Brandeis University.
McLean hit .545, collecting a team-high six hits in 11 plate appearances, and closed out the weekend scoring a club-high six runs while socking a pair of home runs and totaling four RBIs.
McLean, who hit safely in all four outings, came through with two of the Eagles' four hits and scored the final run in a 2-0 triumph in the series opener. In the final game of the weekend, she accounted for all of her RBIs on the weekend, with a solo home run, a bases-loaded walk and a two-run homer, her third round tripper of the campaign, in a five-inning, 10-1 win.
On the season, McLean, who currently owns an eight-game hitting streak, posts a .351 showing at the plate (26-of-74) and leads the squad with eight doubles while standing third with 17 RBIs.
