Junior (2017):
Saw action in six meets and scored on three occasions ... Top 6K time of the year was a 22:39 that came at the Furman Classic, representing her second-fastest career mark ... Posted a 22:54 that placed 39th overall out of 240 entries at the NCAA Regionals ... Part of the Emory contingent that competed at the UAA Championships ... Second overall out of 72 runners at the season-opening Georgia DIII Invitational, clocking a 23:48 ... Helped the Eagles to a first-place effort at the JSU Foothills Invitational, finishing second on the squad and third in the 181-runner field with a 5K time of 18:46. 

Sophomore (2016): 
Competed in eight races and scored for the Eagles on three occasions ... The Inter-Regional Border Battle saw her clock a personal-best 6k time of 22:24, which placed fourth on the team and 75th out of 386 runners ... Fourth among the Emory pack at the UAA Championships, registering a time of 22:51 that marked her second-best 6k effort ... Competed at the NCAA D-III Championships and tied her second-best 6k performance with a 22:51 ... Came away with all-region honors after crossing the finish line in the No. 25 spot (23:34) out of 213 runners at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships. 

Freshman (2015):
Ran in the opening five meets of the year ... Scored for the Eagles as their No. 5 runner and helped the team to a second-place showing out of 19 squads at the Berry Invitational, clocking a personal-best 6K time of 23:58 ... Other 6K events she competed at included the Charlotte Invitational (25:10) and the Furman Classic (25:34) ... Ran in the season-opening Emory-Berry Watermelon Run, finishing with a 5K mark of 21:25, and the 5K JSU Foothills Invitational (19:46). 

High School:

Outstanding performer in both cross country and track while at Wayzata High School ... Was coached by Dave Emmans ... Served as team captain of the cross country and track teams her senior year ... Helped the cross country program to a national championship in 2013 ... Member of three state championship teams ... Posted a 4K time of 15:40 her final year ...
